It did, but I wasn't able to select him in the large list of leader entries. Only once I was viewing another by selecting it on the right, or viewing the countries. You'll only see one flag in his entry btw, because that's how the game works for some reason.

Very nice LH, though he looks a little too "modern" for a mid-sixteenth century ruler. I think it has to do with the background and the almost velvet look of the suit.
I assume this is the same leader as Carlos V.
