It’s a good thing those arrows are there to point out the drugs are $.50 and not the surface, or something off screen, or the screen itself. They should add a red circle around it too just in case, maybe have someone reacting with their mouth open.

Probably it is an algorithm thing (?), as in the youtube algorithm picks up videos with arrows and promotes them (or the creators of the videos think it does). Those arrows are ubiquitous and almost always not needed.
