Wow, this one is half arsed ! Is the worker really touching the cauldron ? Then, it must have had the disappeared hand burned to death.
IMO, they should rotate-rescale the worker making him grab the pulley iron chain with a gauntlet right hand !

Hey you guys, I was just looking for images on deviantart for fun, when I found this:

So, about two years ago I was working at Firaxis Games, I was a concept artist for Civ5! Now that they have announced it (and im not being lazy!) you can check up on the website and look at all the concept art I did for the project!
I was so happy to work on the project and I'm sure people will love the game!

I did all of the UI maps, as well as the non population buildings, such as the oil rig, the panama canal, farms, the half constructed states of all of the wonders of the world, the light house, and more!

Of course this work belongs to 2K and firaxis so dont take it or print it please (they will send out the snipers!)

I doubt she'll come over, because i guess there are restrictions in her contract (even afterwards) which may prevent any info release regarding the internal workflow.
If not...would be awesome.

Edit: Oops, yes, the maps are great.
But you can't say that the other stuff, even if it's reworked/stolen is not also nice stuff.

Very nice artwork. Hopefully they stop putting the buildings in the sea so we get to see them much more well placed. (On a side note, I wish we still had a seperate city view and palace view like pre Civ IV).

Anyway, Panama Canal as a new wonder in next patch maybe? They have the art, why not use it?
