Civ VI Levy Units

Maybe it was a bug, I cannot test ATM but next time you are about to levy, check your military strength before and after.
Score is likely a different counter.
Not saying you are wrong, things change all the time but generally the guide helps. Let me know and I’ll update.

I loaded a Hungary save where almost all units are levied (and home made units are not well-upgraded, just warrior, horseman and skirmishers), the military strength is 2382. So yeah I do believe levied units count for military strength. (I also noted that military strength doesn't seem to update instantly, not sure if that matters.)
