Can we start a thread about the adopted words and expressions unique to Civ4? Been reading a lot of threads around here lately, and stuff like "2-pop whip" and "HinJewism" take me back to when I found this forum.
Common Civ4 acronyms, contractions, and terms:

US - Universal Suffrage
Buro - Bureaucracy
FS - Free Speech
CS - Caste System
FM - Free Market
SP - State Property
OR - Organized Religion
Diplomacy:
OB - Open Borders
DP - Defensive Pact
DoW - Declaration of War
Attack dog - Aggressive leader easily bribed into attacking other civs
Game Mechanics:
Whipping/Pop rushing - Hurrying production by sacrificing population under the Slavery Civic.
