I only got 39/60. :( But a lot of these questions were on American history and I had no idea for those.

Well at least I passed.

So 65% a good score for a non-American? Seriously, some of the American stuff I had no idea. Bay of Pigs?

83.33% - 50/60 (I know minor details of American History, not that much)

But I still did make stupid mistakes.

lol, i had 15 errors in the first 30 questions and 3 errors in the last 30 :p

There were about 4 questions that i answered wrong just because i did not take the time to carefully read and answer them but i truly had/have no idea what legal ruling was a "landmark" ruling on whatever issue, nor i could place quotes and deeds of all early presidents and "Founding Fathers" questions.

The Bay of Pigs was a failed invasion attempt of Castor's Cuba during the Cold War era. The plan was to finance immigrant Cubans and give them support to take back Cuba from Castro. Unfortunately the president at the time, I think it was Kennedy, didn't give them air support out of concern of provoking a response from the Soviet Union. As a result the debacle turned into a slaughter.

(And all of that from memory too :p )

78.33% Not bad for a high school senior I'd say. :D

Every highschool student should be required to pass a test exactly like this before graduating.

Ah, yes. More test-dependency in students. Just what we need.

Perhaps... But unless those tests are tests of actual knowledge, skills, and world events they are useless as an indicator.

Got all 60 right, which is about what I expected.

but as a secessionist, why does it matter? wouldn't you rather show off your prowess with CSA civics?

but as a secessionist, why does it matter? wouldn't you rather show off your prowess with CSA civics?

 It ain't bragging if it's true, right? :p

Anyway, the CSA's civics were Representation, Free Speech (mostly), Slavery, Decentralization, and Free Religion (mostly). ;)

On a serious note, the CSA's constitution was pretty much the same as the USA's, except that it prohibited protective tarriffs and enshrined slavery. The first difference was good, the second wasn't.

Only if it is true, in which case... Don't get to the point of arrogance.

I prefer cocky much better.
