Now that would be wicked If you start in a good production spot where you can force the library to be like 6-9 turns to complete, you can get a new boost regularly. You can still grow with the other cities too...

I've stated my reasons many times. 2 Great UUs even if you don't abuse the upgrade bug and even better science output coupled with free GS bulb effect every time you complete a science building.

Korea - Never played a poor game as them, always have an amazing capital city, and always love their UA.

Babylon - I love Babylon, but I find I try to do too much with them... Early war, early science, early wonders, I always feel like even though I may be winning with them somehow, I am losing out on the game...So much pressure to succeed!

PS - Don't kill the Inca!!!!

this probably wouldn't work, but i wonder if you could theoretically give your capital to an AI, while keeping a large military nearby to take the city back next turn, which would either destroy the library or reset the city so that you could sell the library and rebuild it.. could work advantageously assuming you treat your capital as a small science pump and treat your second city as your 'big city'.. maybe?

Babylon: A Great Civ but I think its the worst one left. There UB and UU are not great. There UA is great but i feel personally i can generate more science with Korea.

Inca: One of the funnest Civs and most diverse IMO. Its UA will allow huge savings from roads and will allow easy conquest on hilly areas. There UI allows powerhouse cities and there UU is nice as the run a way promotion stays when upgraded.

I've stated my love for babylon few times, early science boost, UU good for early rush and UB that can be seen as boring, but it can help you a lot.

Inca - Yeah they are great. But terrain-dependant civ shouln't get so high.

I don't much care for the Inca, but can't bring myself to kill them!

Babylon/Korea: I much rather prefer an earlier science boost, and I do not care for my science tied to specialists that I would not normally use (I'm looking at you, great artists/merchants).

Dinged Babylon again because the UU got nerfed with the Comp bowmen and the wall I just never get around to building.

Inca saves you money from the first improvement for the rest of the game. UU is pretty meh, but the terrace is really nice.

As I've said before, Babylon is overly reliant on their UA and their UU is entirely disappointing.

Korea has awesome science generation, and the Hwatcha is pretty cool - but the Inca have the propensity to build gigantic productive powerhouse cities, and build them often.

I'm the only one who has brought up civ colours more than once, and I only do so from time to time when I need a 613th reason for why I hate Persia.

In any case, it IS part of the enjoyment of the game for me, and so is just as valid a reason to give as any other, as laid out in the guidelines by the OP. So tomorrow I AM going to vote based on colours! Take that, non-aesthetes of the world!
