Maybe a bug: Dockyard and Cothon can only be purchased in Towns directly on the coastline. If your Towns in inland with a few eligible coast tiles, these buildings cannot be purchased. They can still be built in the Capital even if the Capital is inland.
Just in case, are they connected via another urban district or wonder to your Capital center? Dockyard and Cothon are urban buildings, and unless there’s something stating the opposite, I’d expect them to follow the same usual rules of district placement (all urban districts must be connected to city center via a chain of urban districts and/or wonders; you can’t place them just wherever).

are you sure you have urban district connecting to coast? eg, if town hall is two tiles from coast, you need to build two urbam districts connecting town hall to coastline before you can build on water

Anyone able to get artifacts from explorers and mountain-based natural wonders? I had them in my game today, but won before I was able to test it. I noticed that I couldn't actually move my explorer onto the wonder, since it is a mountain. Is it intended that you cannot study mountain wonders? I was able to study several non-mountain wonders successfully.

Definitely some general improvements on console, some of the icons are bigger (e.g. in the radial menu) and the tooltip for each tile is much clearer. Hoping to discover more small tweaks as I carry on...
Edit: aha, clicking R3 now returns you to the selected tile.
It's not bad and a good solution for the culture victory. Still a bit disappointed in terms of UI, not much really improved there compared to the amazing tweaks done by the community, and no mention of fixes to the broken connection system
They didn't announce the big change - they moved the advertisement box away from the empty space and placed it over the bottom of the leader model. I'm not a graphic designer but this just seems a crazy choice to me!!

Loaded up my game after the update, bought a temple and it’s only giving 2 happiness when it should give 4 minimum. Did the update break temples or will the problem go away if I start a new game?
