Unfortunate that this has happened, especially as it greatly effects the wars .shane. has been conducting. How do we proceed?

My suggestion would be to do what VRWC and I are doing, just agree to run through the same moves again. Unfortunately, I don't see any other option.

And for what it's worth, I'm going to every-12-hour saves from here on, as the game crashing for no apparent reason has me a bit mystified.

Actually it's a pain in the ass for me to access the pitboss server from home (which is where my Civ4 game PC is), and crazy days at work the last couple days is why I don't have a more recent save, but at least for the next couple weeks I'll get every-12hr saves. After that, I'll assume the crash last night is a fluke and revert to 24hr saves. I wish there was a way of automating the saves...

I hope this is OK. If not, then another reload may be in order.

Frankly it's between you two. A reload is sort of an act of God, and being random affects everyone equally over the long run. I made the agreement with VRWC partly because we were sorta heading for opposite corners anyway, and partly because my being admin and a player at the same time, I feel obligated to avoid anything which might appear to be using the admin stuff for my in-game advantage.

Speaking of which, everybody please be aware that the pitboss server logs and displays all "so-and-so to All" in-game messages on the server screen. I've ignored them previously when it was clear that they weren't my business, and will continue to do so, but if you're coordinating an attack on me or something and want to be sure that I don't get intel on it, not talking about it via that comms method would be a good start.

Before the space time continum crash, my people were almost tempted to belive in Christianity. But Vladimir Poutine refused to spread it through our lands, as he is waiting for Hockey(buddhism) to tempt our people.

Heretic religions spread faster than the important ones, so it seems.

Anyhow ... we burned the dissident belivers of christianity on crosses and now there is a death sentence for anyone who tries to belive in Jesus ... or whoever their messiah is.

So if I see any christian missionary near my borders they will be executed without asking any questions.

This is probably a good time to make a proposal:

In the future (after we've caught up on this one), no "replicate the deleted moves", a reload means do whatever you want, even with knowledge you shouldn't have, because it affects everyone equally, and other people can change their reactions as well?

Depends how much time has been dropped. I'd say if i surprise attacked and stole a worker then the game went down and next time i came about that worker had vanished i'd be pretty annoyed.
