Thanks for the cheers:D

This mod is compatibile with the Complete Edition;)

I'm having a hard time getting the mod to actually download properly.. I've downloaded both the DLL and the CCTP .civ5mod files and placed them in my Mod folder after clearing out everything else, cleared the Cache and deleted the mod database. When I relaunch the game Civ V downloads the .civ5mod files to the other mods I've subscribed to then crashes. After the crash my MODS folder is populated with all the .civ5mod files for the several mods I subscribe to, including the DLL and CCTP files. Relaunching the game queues a bunch of mods to download proper, and all the .civ5mod files are extracted and turned into proper folders with all the mod data *except* the DLL and CCTP files. After leaving the game open for a while it crashes again, which I assume is the game failing to actually download CCTP.

I managed to coax the game to download the DLLs by moving in the .civ5mod file while the game was running once but I can't seem to do it again or get it to do it for the CCTP mod.

tl;dr I can't download the mod :\

Instead of placing the civ5mod file in the mods folder, try double clicking it in your download folder (if you have any file extraction software, winrar, winzip etc. it should open it). Then create a folder in the mods folder for cctp and either extract, or drag the files from winrar to that folder. You can do the same for dll civ5mod file.

I hope every one enjoys the new build.

As always if you notice any issues (except for missing text, we know about that), please let us know.

Hi quick question due i have to start a new game every time i update? Thanks.

It really depends on what is included in the update. When it is a larger one like this, which changes mechanics, and adds new ones, then usually yes.

Sometimes it is possible to continue a saved game, but we recommend starting a new one, as we can not be sure of what conflicts between old/new scripting may arise.

Wow thanks for the quick response well i got a over 500 turn campaign going on with Carthage but i am losing interest just don't like the civ i guess. So if this is a big update then yeah it would behoove me to start a new one. You guys have a enough work to do than to deal with with my issues for not starting over so i'll take your advice on this. Gives me a chance to pick a civ that fits my play style as i only play domination games.
Thanks for your help cheers enjoy your weekend.:)

Hope you enjoy.

Tried to install mod it crashes when it is extracting itself in the mod screen to install very puzzling. I have all required mods.

There must be an issue with the civ5mod file. You can try following the instructions I posted above for someone else to manually extract. I will repost with the files in a folder instead of the civ5mod file

Yeah i am re downloading again just to make sure something didn't get corrupted during download. The weird thing is when it crashes it deletes whoward's mod from my mods folder it's really crazy.

Okay, the new file is posted. It may take a few more minutes to download, as it is less compressed than the modfile.

Wow quick work thanks dude you are awesome! I'll try this and get back to you.:goodjob:

This update will not be comtabile with save games from the version before.

Many parts are complete reworked and we added a huge amount of contant.

Just a tipp when you like to have a domination game try the policies Gottkaiser/Imperialism or Fascism.
They are now very usefull for a aggressiv strrategy.

Thanks, that worked great. Wanted to play a few turns into the game just to make sure I wasn't getting another crash but it seems to run smoother than I expected. Only issues thus far are ones that have already been made obvious so I'll keep watching for odd things.
