Civ 5 at least has a couple of songs that actually stick with me. First one based in Gustav Holst' classic "Jupiter", gets very epic at the 2:15 mark.

The other just a superb and intricate composition for European wartime made specifically for the game. Kudos for the little known composers on this one. While I miss the classics chosen as Civ 4 music, I think it`s great that they gave some composers a neat job there, and they did some good, as this particular track can testify.
