Ive taken a liking to wildmana as of late, and quite like reading the little bits in the civpedia.
I cant help however but notice the vile abomination that is Missing text that plagues so many entries, leaders, units, and spells. Now, I have no clue about civ modding, What I can do however, is write a little bit.
Now im not especially good at it, but ive been told I don't suck either. So im just going to post my random bits on various units/spells/leaders, and whatever tickles my fancy, and if S or someone else wants to use them, go ahead. Mainly I just HATE empty lore entries.
Xivan (Scrions of Partria, Evil, ,Charismatic, Controlling, Usurper)
The energy holding the wards as bay was too delicate, unstable. Only one could enter the inner tomb. He was chosen for his strong will. As he ascended the obsidian steps he felt the emperor's presence press upon him, His vision blurring with the strain of holding himself upright. The pillers were carved with intricate golden inlays depicting the glory of Patria reborn. A magnificent set of imperial regalia rested on a mannikin behind the sarcophagus, Just waiting for it's liege. As he reached the sarcophagus he set both hands on the side and pushed. The lid fell off with a thud and The emperor was revealed at last. He looked, Old. Without the crown and armor in the engravings and depictions. He looked noble, but he clearly hadn't been young when had he received the gift himself.
As he made the final preparations for awakening doubt crept into his mind. The emperor was sealed away long ago. The world had changed, What did he know of running an empire of the dead? What did he know the diverse nations, politics, and troubles after the age of ice, Nothing! He lead them out of the tomb, He was the first to awaken. He had taken their confused masses and forged them into a nation. He took a few of the powders and mixed the liquids. Then slowly poured the concoction down the sleeping man's mouth. He stirred once, and no more.
The nation mourned the passing of the emperor, The tomb had not held bay the ravages of time. By the time they had opened it the lord of the gift was no more. A day of mourning was declared. Xivan stood in front of the tomb from which they all came. He Vowed to make sure the dead godking's dream did not die with him, But most importantly. He vowed nothing, would stop Him from reclaiming the glory of Patria.
-(eh, it's rough. but it's better than text_key_leader_xivan_pedia)-
