yes, correct, and the spellings too. :)

OK, here is the next one:

Name the two big rivers that both are connected to the open sea and to each other through a natural junction.

And for the people that can memorize it the jackpot: the full name of the capitol of Thailand.

The correct answer to the first one already allows the next question btw.;)

de schelde en de maas
but the second question....let me think
oh yes!:enlighten bangkok!learned it in aardsrijkskunde:)

Schelde and the Meusse is not correct since they both end in the same delta. And I do not want to do local promotion.

To give a clue, these rivers are in the Americas.

Phillipe is correct that Bangkok is the capitol of Thailand, yet Bangkok is not the full name.

Phillipe! You are cheating!

And it again is not the correct answer. I had to look this one up to make sure it was not another name for the same river and as with the Schelde / Meusse thing the Amazon and Tocantis end in the same delta.

The mouths (is this the right English word?) of the rivers in question are separated by at least 1000 km.

Should I give more clues?

well i think there is one other big river the orinoco off something like that.
dont blame me for being stupid im just guessing

This question is not about rivers JOINING the Amazon because there are many, even more than 6 and that would be guessing. This one is about separate river systems with separate connections to the sea that have a natural junction and there is exactly one answer.

OK, one more clue.

The Amazon ends into the sea in Brazil, the other one does in another country.

YES!

And the name of the junction is the Casiquicre or something like that.

Phillipe, did you look it up or does it come from your own memory?

Anyway, have a go!
