New commit:
- adjusted Roman war targets for a more realistic Persian collapse
- Egyptian Obelisk now has one priest slot and +25% culture
- Ethiopian Stele now has two priest slots
- reduced Keshik strength to 10
- new Great Lighthouse effect: +1 trade route and +1 trade route in all coastal cities
- new Spiral Minaret effect: +1 gold per state religion building
- new Pyramid effect: hurry unhappiness does not scale with the amount of sacrificed population
- Pyramids now expire with Feudalism
- even with the Great Wall, barbarians can now enter your territory
- new Great Wall effects: reduced enemy movement within your territory, barbarians take damage within your territory
- Great Wall expires with Military Tradition
Finally some classical wonders nerf. But the Spiral Minaret seems a bit too weak now, maybe give it +10 gold by itself, and it also counts as an Islamic building? Or, make it obsolete earlier, by economics.
By the way, University of Sankore, expires too early, and has little to do with Mali goal. I suggest 2 solutions:
1. University of Sankore gives +25% science by itself, and generate a normal university when owner gets education. (Counts as an early university)
2. Enable tech brokering for owner, other Islamic civs is more likely to trade or gift tech with owner, AI get a tech gifted by every other Islamic civs it has contact with. This could give AI Mali more activity and chance. Mansa Musa the tech-whore!
Another suggest for the Pyramids / the Great Sphynx to make them more unique:
1. The Pyramids: desert tile without floodplains: +1 hammer and commerce (for one city), doesn't obsolete.
2. The Great Sphynx: +25% work rate on desert tiles, hurry unhappiness does not scale with the amount of sacrificed population. Great works? give obelisk an artist slot.
