Ok, I found the answer. Saudi Arabia starts with State Property, and corporation have no effect for the civ with such a civic. There are 5 cities with your corporation, 2 of them in Saudi land and 3 in USA. The only way is to get in touch with Obama and ask him to open a branch in Nigeria, for example. For a full compensation and a little extra fee. After that Nigeria can carry on on her own.

Russia is glad to see that the UNASUR has come to their senses! We will begin removal of excess Russian forces from Venezuala in the coming months. Unfortunately its not as easy to remove tham as it is to airdrop them in! No military grade airports in Venezuala!
