I am still missing orders from Nigeria (m.t.cicero), South Africa (<nuke>), the Austral Union (Omega124), and India (SouthernKing).

Should I not get orders from India this turn, I will allow someone to come in as a reserve player for it. The reserve player will have the opportunity to take the reins before Update 2 if SouthernKing is still MIA.
