Given that "next Tuesday" was yesterday, I think we have a reason to complain. I know that he has RL to work with, in no way I am pinning the fault on him, and I am willing to wait as much as necessary, but if he puts a deadline, then at least he could tell why he isn't carrying it out.
I guess that he must be very busy if he hasn't been able to tell. Darth, don't worry, you are still a great Mod!

War has finally come to the Austral Union! Prime Minister Downey has just announced that the recent flurry of activity in Cairns Air Force Base is the result of reconnaissance missions over the Solomon Islands. The declaration of war issued 12 hours ago by Parliament and signed by Downey is attached. More information on the results of the attack on the islands will come soon.

No I think the problem is you not putting into the post "Don't post so update is on first page". I told you to edit this in so people don't post, you fail to do that and I WONDER why people posted..

The Austral Union and the United States of America have officially signed a defensive pact and Pacific alliance. If either signer is attacked, then the other will go to war against the aggressors on their behalf. This only covers defensive wars that the two signing nations might find themselves in.
ANZUS II officially recognizes the Republic of Japan, the United States of America, and the Austral Union as the sole owners of the islands of Oceania. Additionally, the governments of the Oceania have repeatedly shown their ineptitude at protecting the civil, financial and social rights of their citizens while getting rich off corruption. ANZUS II seeks for a peaceful pacific by declaring any such government void and replacing them with a strong, organized and locally responsible government to protect them.
This treaty will enhance the security of the Pacific region, and hopefully will make the Pacific Ocean a peaceful ocean.
Please note that Japan has no part in this treaty, but is invited into it, as long as she is willing to sign a defensive pact with the USA.
