DarthNES II - Superpowers

You tell 'em! We continue to express our disapproval of blatant Yankee imperialism, in solidarity with our Japanese allies. For the Motherland!

To: The United States
From: Japan

Was our previous threat not enough? Your ships are still off the coast of Japanese Micronesia, we order you leave immediately. We are not pleased to see your blatant aggression against our coastal waters, people and government.

If you have used any other word, we would gladly do so. You do not command our forces, government, people, lands or anything at all concerning America. You do not command America: At All. You do not give me commands; at all. One does not give commands to other sovereign nations; at all. Listening to the commands of another nation is the sign of a protectorate. Because of your usage, I REFUSE this illegitimate command.

Besides, I ordered them to leave already, but since some are on leave this month and they legally bought tourism tickets to Japanese Micronesia, I supposed they stayed.

Finally, how is this a blatant attack? It means that it was done openly and unashamedly. I didn't notice any bombing, or order infringing, or anything to that affect. Therefore it wasn't a direct or 'open' 'attack' at all. However, the Russian 'Liberation' was done 'directly' and 'unashamedly' with the purpose of creating an 'Empire' composed of various subjugated ethnic groups. They are committing blatant imperialism. This hypocritical grandstanding does not go unnoticed.

@ Darth Nader
I am sad to say that I decided to quit. Orders are not being followed. My allies refuse to answer contact and blame it on me. The Update seems to talk about me condescendingly (damn you Canadians). I see that I am putting a damper on aggression and making a boring game. To save your wonderful game I will quit and allow a warmonger take over USA, invade Mexico and Canada, cyber-nuke Russia and do other crazy aggressive stuff.

Bye. Un-subscribing.

Calm down people.

To: China
From: Vietnam

It is clear that this war serves no purpose for China. Your people call for an end to fighting, and as a supposed republic it is your duty to heed this call. Chinese forces have difficulty gaining land in Burma, yet Vietnamese forces are easily able to push into Chinese territory and threaten Kunming. By the end of next month, unless peace is made, your 27th Army Group and Wang Hai air wing will both be crushed and Kunming captured. It would be most beneficial for you to make peace quickly.

What we offer you is this. In return for a Vietnamese withdraw from Chinese territory, China will agree to a partitioning of Burma, with the western half of the country and the southern most city under Chinese control, and the east of the country and the northern two cities under Vietnamese control. We will even tell the insurgents within Chinese-occupied Burma to cease their activities.

Our forces made no advance because we ordered them not to. There is no need to hurry. The only way peace is made is if you remove yourself from Burma entirely. All we have to do is wait you out. It won't be long now.

Remove yourself from Burma as we dictated at the begining of this conflict and we have peace. Simple.

Very well. If you are so disagreeable to a fair peace, the war will continue. While your armies are bogged down in Burma, Vietnamese forces will advance all the way to Beijing if necessary.

Recall we were in Burma before you and you entered the conflict there. You began this between us by simply not removing yourself from Burma. Besides Indonesia appears to be poised to take your nation while you falter in China now that you cannot hide in your jungles anymore.

As we recall, our attack came to liberate Burma from the unwarranted aggression of the Chinese. And if we were you, we would hardly count on the Indonesians to deliver victory.

@Terrance888 (even if you aren't going to read this) - First, those "revisions" you sent were horribly late and I'm surprised you even thought that I would accept them. This isn't the first time you sent late revisions and I didn't accept them...I assume you would have learned by now. Second, I asked for revisions shortly after you sent your first set of orders, and you said "just ignore the world" which is a good way of saying "forget everything I said before". Third, had I have carried out your original orders without informing you of the rules, you most likely would have been going to war with Japan and possibly Argentina. "Make a flyover an Japanese Island, make it clear it was peaceful and it is a representation of Pacific Peace, loop de loops and the works, give notices beforehand" is a completely asinine request if you a.) have read the rules at any point or b.) noticed what happened the last time some planes got close to a Japanese anything. If you feel like I have wronged you in some way, I'm sorry, but your seeming inability to follow simple rules and write logical/coherent orders is trying my patience. Don't let the door hit you on the way out.

Stats are up and a deadline has been set.

While working on the stats I noticed something I forgot to include in the update, techs. The European Federation completed Satellite Weaponry while the United States completed Advanced Software Development.

Again, I encourage people to call me out on missing parts of updates and whatnot. I still feel I'm missing stuff.

We would like to publicly announce the dissolution of whatever is left of our alliance. This has come after quite a large mount of deliberation, mind you. We cannot help but feel that time and time again, the Mexican government has taken steps to purposely put our 'alliance' under massive strains and humiliations that rival anything our advisers thought previously possible. The bounds of sense have indeed been broken in this unholy union, and we'd like to salvage whatever is left of the United States' reputation, separate from Mexico City. It was swell while it lasted, but we'd rather take a chance in maintaining our own glory and success, then die being shackled to a corpse.

Our previous deals in regards to Cuba still stand however, and this is not to say we cannot stay amiable to one another.

We must admit that our admirals were slightly over zealous in their advance towards the Japanese home islands. We're not going to pretend to understand why they were there, but hear this- the fleet is currently on it's way back to friendlier port. The Japanese people need not be worried, and our government need not fuss over accidental moves on the chess-board any more. We apologize for any possible fright.

And I quote:
[00:33] beldrion(at)bellsouth(dot)net: Anyway, I guess the US is NPC.
[00:34] beldrion(at)bellsouth(dot)net: I'd say you should join... But I've been such a massive [redacted] to the US by this point that we'd have to be enemies :(

By all means. Our change with Mexico should not lead anyone to believe that we are going to cut our foreign commitments out, at any rate. There are assuredly a few special cases that might prove an exception. But, we in fact, hope to work even closer with our friends in the Austral Union.

OOC: Might I suggest impeachment as a good way to go?

Or a coup within a coup within a coup?

I was going to say temporary mental illness.

Turn socialist.

Invade Canada!
