OOC: Hmm, how did you learn of the fleets coming towards you? Seriously...

Uhh.... Nader AIMed me telling me that a fleet was incoming (with out saying who's it was)...And asked how I wanted to react.

I can confirm how Japan found out about the fleets. Japanese aircraft supporting ground troops in the Philippines saw three fleets headed their way and notified commanders, who took the measures seen in the update.
