We have paid for the reconstruction of zones that had been in ruins since the Yugoslav Wars. We have arranged for every person to have access to socialized medicine. We still may have a long way to go till everything in the Balkans is at the same level it is in the rest of the Federation, but the results are already showing, the local population's standard of living is now above the one they had before the Federation came.
