Has anyone found the Halo Ring of Earth yet?

It was a guy (or two) on (a) bike(s) around South Africa, and in the distance, all of Africa was stretched out before them, and you could faintly see the Med and Italy...

I am 100% sure it was posted here on CFC, either in the Cool Pics Threads (I've scanned every post in each ) or in this thread itself... cannot find it...

My google-fu is weak...
