[Development Thread] BtS Unofficial Expansion: World of Legends

I made this word for have updates of this thread :)

12 New Leaders:

12 new leaders will be available for older civs. Play against crafty and skillful Margaret I of the Vikings, the cultured Harun al-Rashid, the conquest-hungry Pachacuti, or the seductive Theodora! New leaders are:

Again, brilliant with Margaret in, finally!! :D
Q: Will all leader traits be rearranged again? I'd find it cool, really, but maybe other players would mind a bit... Still, it's "expansionistic", so do you have any information on that yet?

Buildings and Wonders:

Several new buildings will be added, such as the Herbalist, an early-game health booster. Wonders will also be added, such as The Sphnix and the CN Tower, as well as National Wonders, like the Grand Canal. Additionally, as mentioned above, each civilization will have a “Unique National Wonder” that can be built by their National Hero – “Unique National Wonders” such as the Potala Palace for the Tibetans, Big Ben for the English, and Abu Simbel for the Egyptians.

Q: Which for Vikings? Have you decided yet? If not, I'd propose Dannevirke/Danevirke (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Danevirke) or Rundetårn http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rundet%C3%A5rn, even though the last one's not Viking, but a Renaissance Scandinavian building.

Why is it called the world of legends?

the main focus of the "expansion" are the hero units. so... hero = something legendary = legends. a world of legends.

yes. a number of leaders will be arranged. not all, but a good number. not too many, either. no information on that, yet; we're still in planning process; with the addition of the "seafaring" trait, we now have even more spaces for new leaders then we did before, and are thinking of more leaders to fill the spaces.

the one i was planning to do was the "althing", located in i think iceland or norway or something.

 It's Cheif Inspector Jacques Cluso! And HE was modeled to look like De Gaulle. Have no idea why, I kinda have that sort of umm...nose...:nuke:

It's actually Chief Inspector Jacques Clouseau. :D And I don't even know if he was the chief or not.

^Actually no,
HE WAS CHEIF INSPECTOR DAMIT!
And google it (Images), you say Clouseau and it says:
Did you mean "Cluso"?
BACK ON TOPIC!!!
after you reply...:D
[EDIT]Damn, your right, never mind...
BACK ON TOPIC!!!!

i was originally intending Zhuge Liang because i really think he was the awesomeest general in history, but we've replaced him with Taizong (Tang one, i believe)

Zhuge Liang was an awesome strategist, but he wasnt actually the leader IIRC. Wasn't it Liu Bei or something?

I play Dynasty Warriors ok?! :)

i know, but i just think he is so awesome he can be a leader. sorta like hannibal or joan d'arc.

Fair play. If you haven't decided on China's Hero, then possibly he's your man.

^

no, i already decided. he's going to be the "national hero" who can construct China's national wonder - "The Art of War" - (meaning the book). though i may rethink it a bit.

guan yu will also be a military hero.

^

There's a load of great generals from that period to choose from :) though Guan Yu is probably the most sensible choice.

So will you have it Margaret of the Vikings, not Scandinavia?

i'll update this thing once we get all the new leaders for existing civs in place.
