Digital or Analog?

What type of watch/clock do you prefer?

Analog looks better. Digital watches are probably the nerdiest thing ever.

Does anyone here not get their time from their mobile phone? I probably check the time on my phone about as often as I use it to communicate.

Binary! BINARY! Exactly!

0 - night
1 - day

All I have to do is look at the sky. Or out the window. Even blind people can read it most of the time!

Anybody that wants more precision wants higher blood pressure.

You don't have to carry a gadget. You never run out of batteries. It's impossible to destroy.

This one's too easy.

Ignore what I said above - I went out today and bought a basic swatch.

The tick is already beginning to annoy me.

My phone is used more frequently as a clock than a phone, mostly because I find watches uncomfortable to wear.

All the watches I have worn are digital.

Edit: wow, balanced poll results.

I prefer to have an analog wristwatch, I do agree that digital watches are for kids, except when you're working out. I also have a small digital watch on my night table to tell time when I'm half asleep and need to get up in the morning to go to work, since I find it easier to read with my eyes half-opened.

Douglas Adams says:
Far out in the uncharted backwaters of the unfashionable end of the western spiral arm of the Galaxy lies a small unregarded yellow sun.

Orbiting this at a distance of roughly ninety-two million miles is an utterly insignificant little blue-green planet whose ape-descended life forms are so amazingly primitive that they still think digital watches are a pretty neat idea.

I absolutely love classic alarm clocks - the mere sound of them is so comforting to me. They´re especially great if they don´t run on batteries and if you have to wind them up (is that proper English? dont know if that is the correct term).

Like this one - nothing else can get me awake in the morning. RRRRRING!

My housemate had one like that. It would wake up the entire household.

I prefer analog watches. The dial looks so much better than a digital face, IMO, which makes the watch look cheap.
