January 3rd by 8PM EST send the orders to me either via forum PM here or to my e-mail address.
Ensure that the subject is clear that you are sending me orders so I do not open it and accidentally read them BEFORE the deadline. I will not be reading orders before the deadline as that would be cheating.
An example subject would be Spring '01 Orders for Turkey or something similar. Just be careful to make it as clear as possible.
