I'll answer if you can explain to me what a 'loaded question' (and its family of fallacies) is and what the best response to one is.
What a sad state of affairs liberalism is in. You can't even admit publicly what you believe because you know how nonsensical it is, but you still maintain your blind support for two contradictory ideas at once.
After the liberal ideology finally succumbs to it's sheer hypocritical and blatant idiocy, psychologists and historians will be studying this disaster for years to come; wondering how it was ever possible. It will likely leads to a whole new series of developments when it comes to our understanding of cognitive dissonance and how liberals managed to stay immune to it's effects.

I don't think I need to argue that it's the majority to be grounds for criticism. If a sizeable minority still hold these views it's still a problem.
What I would consider as arguable "rape culture" is if rape victims aren't being taken seriously. I believe that there are many who will not take "slutty" women seriously with regard to rape.
