Well firstly I think values of beauty can be quite oppressive and cause a lot of suffering, but as for the others.... we're more than happy to praise them and give them a little pat on the head, but we don't exactly appoint people president for having those qualities, do we?

And the jobs that emphasise these qualities aren't the sought-after and highly-paid ones, are they?
non sequitor. Jobs emphasize non gender specific qulities like team players and hard workers.
The old example of homemaking and child-care being devalued to the point of being unpaid and frequently considered "not work" is quite illustrative. If it's "womens work" resting on those sorts of qualities, chances are it's low-paid and low-prestige.
Lots of dirty work (read mens work) is low pay and low prestige too.
I think its time to give up the "female qualities are considered bad" argument.
The "female quality" of weakness is probably the one you were thinking, but too afraid to write. And nobody likes weakness, but its not a female quality, men just use it as an insult to encourage other men to be stronger.
