nope!

1. boring
2. registering to vote = jury duty
3. my vote won't matter
4. generally dislike both candidates
5. waste of time

I think it's based on whether you're registered to vote, but I'm not sure.

If you live in the US, it is by voter registration in all states.

Jury duty aint so bad. You get paid a little bit, you get out of your regular, boring job, and your boss can't nail you for ir, and you usually dont even get called

I vote as often as I feel the election isn't idiotic.

I'm not going to vote for the lesser of two evils, if it comes down to it, I always vote for either captain planet or optimus prime.
If there's a candidate I like, I'll vote for em.

That's pretty stupid. I just get involved in candidate's who I like campaigns.
I'd rather not support through my apathy a candidate that doesn't represent me, especially not out of spite to another candidate. I'll choose who's worthy of a choice if I have to choose someone.

Why are you all fixating on people (candidates)? At least around here, almost every election also has issues on the ballot to decide upon, not just elections to office.

I tend to think that a majority of the issues are basically distractions from what's really going on.

The politicians don't really care about abortion, the poor, etc. But it keeps people's minds off all of the money being made.

I'll try to vote allways.

In Finland, every citizen who has a right to vote has the responsility to vote also. So basically it's a responsibility rather than a right

There's something strange here:
Would if I were allowed (underage, felon, non-citizen, etc)

Felon? Felon? Does this mean, that criminals aren't allowed to vote? That seems more than strange (coming from a country who advertises as being the most democratic country... or something like that).

Felons aren't allowed to vote, ostensibly because they've damaged society and should not take a part in shaping it.

Maybe if you let them vote, normal people would vote to make sure the felons cant outvote them?

(Am I over-estimating the intellegence of the average American here?)
