OOC: Most of the agreements; NAP's, MPP's, Defensive pacts, etc. Don't mean jack, I actually get annoyed when people suggest them to me without good reason. Most of the time people just suggest them to guage the other player's motives- (ie, hesitation to accept an NAP) and in order to get a casus belli against another nation if the agressor breaks an NAP or attacks an ally.
