As of yet the Crown has not recognized the illegal state of Belgium, but be rest assured that a cease fire agreement has been reached, and both parties are engaged in bilateral talks. However, since the Belgians pocess no foriegn minister capable of traveling ((ooc: he doesn't have AIM)), we wish to host a meeting between delegates of France, Britain, and myself to ammend the situation.
