We DO still retain the right to autonomy of the Belgian state, you are a rebellion! You are not a ligitimate state in our eyes, and thus in order to win your rebellion, which we are not completely against, we expect for the both our nations to negotiate and compromise. If you cannot do this, the most basic responsibility for a soveriegn state, than what makes you think you can survive on the world stage?

You have no right to impose anything upon Belgians, this is what we rebelled for, independace, not the right to have terms of autonomy shoved down our throat by the nation we rebelled from, even if the nation is supported by a trigger-happy superpower.

We will not allow the illgalities of the Belgian regime to stand. Their return to the control of their true government in Amsterdam must be both expeditious and sincerly in full to the utmost.

So now you demand we become part of the Netherlands again, something you know we will never accept! Belgians will never be Dutch again, and this fiasco of diplomatic relations, just ruin our relations, as you surely have realized. We will fight a blockade, with everything we have. You will not leave Belgian waters unscathed. You talk about illegalities, what illegalities are these... you never seem to mention... is this simply due to the fact that illegalities is your term for anything Belgian, including the Belgian people? A blockade is an act of war and you full well know it. Why do you and the Netherlands both believe that you own us in some way. We cannot let you continue to insult our nation, and get away with it. Belgium hereby expelles the British Diplomat in Brussels, and withdraws the Belgian emmisary to London. We are still open to talks for a formal peace treaty with the Netherlands, as long as Britain is NOT present at negotiations...

And that is why you find yourself with a British blockade! Netherlands is not interested in negotiating anything detrimental to Belgium. All that we wanted was negotiation, and if Belgium cannot negotiate, as you have shown with your prompt and quick withdrawal from diplomacy, we have no choice but to still consider you and your supporters as in rebellion, and we have no choice but to act against it. YOU withdrew from negotiations, and YOU have brought our ally into this conflict.

Russia officially condemns the persistant unwillingness of the South Dutch rebel leaders to negotiate, and supports all efforts to bring them to justice. Separatist movements of such kind have plagued the Russian Empire and the Kingdom of Poland in the past, which only doubles our sympathy for the United (amen!) Kingdom of Netherlands.

Alright guys, I'm going to start the update now. I won't be accepting new orders--if you didn't send, tough cookies.

Don't expect anything extravagant. Most of my "extravagant" updates have blown up in my face. It will be humble--NES mods have to start off somewhere, you know.

...I tried. I really did. I've been typing this update and I feel so blah. The update it's self isn't bad. But I feel being a MOD takes alot of dedication, alot of effort, and other things. I sadly lack some of these qualities.

This was an experiment, to see if I could possibly make a good mod. But no, I don't think I do. So, consider this NES dead. Yes, that is a bad thing to say, not even a single update. But it's the truth, and I'd rather deliver it bluntly than just going away and you guys waiting..
