CG and Co. are trying to find Mr. Toyoda (again), what's left of FDR's forces have rallied behind Bismarck, and of course, "someone" ran around and smashed up the planet.

Oh, and Kwai wants the Gem. But that's not really an issue until the far future.
BECAUSE I PLAN TO USE IT AS A PLOT DEVICE!

Well, if I can get the Enclave Soldiers to cooperate in Enclave Commander for Fallout 3. Then you'd see that music segment in my next comic when the Enclave makes a sneek attack on Washington D.C.
