Signups are still open because we will need as many recruits as we can get. I hear there are quite a lot of people in China, this may just be hearsay though.

You know these rules by now but I just like quoting them:

Remember: once your caption or picture is done, send it and nothing else to both me and the next person on the list. (Preferably with title 'EPYC Caption/Picture' or something.)

People doing pictures: No words, please. (apart from simple onomatopoeias like 'grr' or 'vroom' which may be used in moderation)

Now last time he did a picture, stee was labelled 'Captain Late' by temporary GM Perfection. I hope you will all be watching as he proves Perf wrong by being super-punctual with the first poop, which shall be sent momentarily!

To explain how this works: if you sign up for a round before it starts, then you will be included in the shuffle. The shuffle will usually guarantee a picture for those who did a caption last round, and a caption for those who did a picture last round - any imbalance is made up with the players who weren't in the last round, who are fair game for anything. So if Izipo and Kan were doing pictures last round, they'll be doing captions this round. This is to make sure that no-one gets stuck doing one thing only. (IIRC this method has only failed once, and it resulted in rhawn doing two pictures in a row.)

If you sign up after the round has started, then you'll just be put on the end of the list, whether you did a picture or a caption last round. So you can't pick what you get to do. In this case it worked because tycoonist also signed up, so he could be swapped with oyzar to put oyzar on caption duty and tycoonist on picture duty, but normally that wouldn't be the case.
