Very interesting, if you can cite that...
A lot of this I get from various things I heard on NPR and read in various sources (some of them Arabic, so I'm afraid you'd have to take my word for it). The bit about the tunnels being crazy busy, however, is accepted as true even by the Israelis. To be sure, fully opening the border with Egypt would cause more goods to come in, but given the desperate straits Gaza is in and the fact that the only weapons of any use to Hamas are the Qassam rockets (plus enough small arms and ammunition to keep the citizenry in line, but they haven't worried about that for years...), the goods would (in Hamas' ideal world) primarily be food, fuel, and medicine (gotta keep the people quiet, and guns alone don't do that).
