Yes. She's nice.

But she's French. Which means, to me, that though she has style, she's no particular beauty.

That forehead, for example, is far too mannish.

I like girls in cargo pants & tank tops, so hot! Elegance is a bad sign because it shows obsession with the superficial. I'd rather a woman who is too busy being smart & sensitive to otheres to worry about her appearance (beyond basic hygiene, keeping fit & a brazilian every month or two).

Do you mean when gauging how elegant some woman is, you give her 70% of the marks for outer appearance (dress and general cleanliness perhaps) and 30% for how she moves, and behaves towards you?

I'm probably quite superficial but a women being elegant/chic/exquisite is something I see within 30 seconds of meeting them, a certain unexplainable exoticness and usually they turn out to be bright and interesting people, rich or poor, fashion couscous or earth mother type, the only way i can explain it is that there is nothing superficial about them, so it could be a case of opposites attract. but there is something else, a sense of who they are, and they are comfortable with themselves,the french have a phrase, that something special... je ne sais quoi
