OK, so there is a thread about which civs need a second leader, but let's decide it in an elimination game.

The rules are obvious:
1) Every 24 hours, you add 1 point to one civ you think needs a second leader, and subtract 3 points from a civ you think could do without a second leader.
2) Each civs starts with 20 points. First civ eliminated takes last place, and so forth, until we have our winner.
3) Write a brief explanation to your decision (such as which leader you would like to see).
4) Try to avoid commenting in the thread when not voting.

For obvious reasons, Greece does not participate in this game.

OK, so the game has ended, and we have our final rankings.

Rankings:
1. Indians
2. Egyptians (eliminated by Kimiimaro)
3. French (eliminated by Kimiimaro)
4. Chinese (eliminated by Siptah)

Nice game:)

Americans 20
Arabs 20
Australians 17 (20-3) exist since about 100 years. I guess it is nearly the same Western Civilization like my country. Time is to short for an own Civilization and especially a second leader!

Macedonians 12 (11+1) WAIT, second leader should be one of many interesting Diadochi. They ruled over 250 years over the ancient world from the Adriatic Sea to India from Kazakhstan to Sudan. They build world wonders and hellenized the world - us too. This list has many others which need to go first.

Indians 21 + 1 = 22 (Could use a military or cultural leader like Akbar, or Chandragupta Maurya, or any of a host of amazing Indian rulers.)
Japanese 20
Kongolese 20
Macedonians 12 - 3 = 9 (Meh. An offshoot of ancient Greece anyway as represented in this game, centered on Alexander; were they otherwise, I would have downvoted Australia here).

Americans 20

Australians 17
Aztecs 20
Brazilians 20
Chinese 20 + 1 = 21 (The title of the longest continuous civilization should make it an obvious choice for a second leader)
Egyptians 21
English 20
French 21
Germans 20
Indians 22
Japanese 20
Kongolese 20
Macedonians 9
Norwegians 20 - 3 = 17 (The viking civ don't need a second leader as I don't see what a second leader would add to this civ.)

Romans 20
Russians 20
Scythians 20
Spanish 20
Sumerians 20

Americans 20
Arabs 20
Australians 17 - 3 = 14 Australia does not need a second leader, at least until the other civs on the list get one.
Aztecs 20
Brazilians 20
Chinese 21
Egyptians 21
English 20
French 21
Germans 20
Indians 22 + 1 = 23 India is the civ that is most in need of a second leader at the moment. Having Ashoka in the game would be awesome.

English 20 + 1 = We need a proper English leader, who was not British
French 21
Germans 20
Indians 23
Japanese 20
Kongolese 20
Macedonians 9 - 3 = 6 - Making someone of the Diadochi represent Macedon would remove the element of it being a civilization

Indians 23+1=24 - India needs someone who was actually a leader of the country, like some Emperor.
Japanese 20
Kongolese 20
Macedonians 6-3=3 - No. I said it various times in some other elimination thread - I don't want to see another Greek leader until Byzantium makes a return. Period.

Macedonians 3
Norwegians 17

Australians 14
Aztecs 20
Brazilians 20
Chinese 21
Egyptians 22
English 21
French 21
Germans 20
Indians 24 + 1 = 25 (We need someone to offset the staleness of Gandhi and more seriously represent India with one of its great rulers.)
Japanese 20
Kongolese 20
Macedonians 3 - 3 = ELIMINATED. (Since Macedonia is so Alexander centered and another Philip II would make no sense in Civ VI, these must be the first to go, even ahead of Australia.)

Australians 11 (14-3)
I don't think anyone is really rooting for these guys to win, it wouldn't make any sense for the youngest Civ in the game with the least history to get a new leader.

Aztecs 20
Brazilians 20

Chinese 22 (21+1)
Given there are at least 15 Chinas, more than 1 Chinese leader seems prudent.

Jan Sobieski deserves some spotlight. WAAAAY more so than Jadwiga does.

As for Brazil I'm dinging them for the same reason others are dinging Australia yet no one is dinging Brazil for it yet.

Americans 20
Arabs 20
Australians 11 - 3 = 8 Australia is the youngest country on the list, and is already well represented with John Curtin. It does not need a leader until the other civilizations on the list get one.

English 21
French 21
Germans 20

Aztecs 20
Brazilians 17
Chinese 22
Egyptians 22

Nubians 20
Persians 21
Poles 21
