Elimination Game Thread - Which Civs Need a Second Leader?

Americans 14
Arabs 21
Aztecs 22
Brazilians 14
Chinese 24
Egyptians 22
English 21
French 27
Germans 21
Indians 28+1=29 - Gandhi is not a leader!
Japanese 20
Kongolese 17
Norwegians 2-3=-1 (ELIMINATED) - Not interested. It's a Civ that is centered around Vikings. A second Viking leader would be redundant, a non-Viking leader wouldn't fit this Civ portrayal.
Nubians 14
Persians 22
Poles 18
Romans 21
Russians 20
Spanish 20
Sumerians 22

Americans (14+1)=15 Civ6 is an American game, so expect another American leader, not that I'm complaining
Arabs 21
Aztecs 22
Brazilians (14-3)=11 Pedro II is best leader for Brazil, no need for a second Brazilian leader
Chinese 24
Egyptians 22
English 21
French 27

Sumerians 22

Americans 15
Arabs 21
Aztecs 22
Brazilians 11
Chinese 24+1=25 China and India are tied at number one for civs that need a second leader, I choose China in this round because it has not received as much support.
Egyptians 22
English 21
French 27
Germans 21
Indians 29
Japanese 20
Kongolese 17
Nubians 14-3=11 Nubia just released as a dlc and I have doubts that the dlc civs will ever get a second leader.
Persians 22
Poles 18
Romans 21
Russians 20
Spanish 20
Sumerians 22

Americans 16 (15+1) I bet they get three leaders and that is good so.
Arabs 21
Aztecs 22
Brazilians 8 (11-3) they were a Civ? I must have missed something;)

Indians 29
Japanese 20
Kongolese 17
Nubians 11 - 3 = 8 (There aren't a huge number of amazing Nubian leaders, and frankly the priority should go towards leaders for major (for the world stage) African civs like Ethiopia or Egypt.)
Persians 22
Poles 18
Romans 21
Russians 20
Spanish 20
Sumerians 22 + 1 = 23 (Could use a leader who is a bit more historically substantiated, and with different abilities, whether in the sphere of religion or warfare.)

Sumerians 23-3=20

I just really miss Augustus. I'm sorry, I know he's overdone, but I just miss him. He is the standard by which all other prospective leaders are measured, and while I don't hate Trajan he just isn't Caesar... well, I mean technically he is A caesar but not THE Caesar... Not that THE Caesar but the other The Caesar that people... OCTAVIAN!!!

As for Sumeria while I understand the hate for saturday morning cartoon character Gilgamesh the civ's ability, not just his own, is still a reference to him. It would be very strange to have other Sumerians go on an Epic Quest.

Americans 16
Arabs 21
Aztecs 22-3=19 I can't find another leader for them unless people want two Montys in the game
Brazilians 8
Chinese 25
Egyptians 22
English 21

Spanish 20 + 1 = 21 Isabella!
Sumerians 20 - 3 = 17 One leader is enough, i rather have a new civ like babylon, hittites or assyria.

Americans 16
Arabs 21
Aztecs 19
Brazilians 8
Chinese 25
Egyptians 22 + 1 = 23 Egypt definitely needs an alternative leader right now.
English 21
French 28
Germans 21
Indians 29
Japanese 20
Kongolese 17
Nubians 8 - 3 = 5 I'm happy for Nubia in the game, but they do not need a second leader now.

Nubians 5-3=2 - They were just added.
Persians 22
Poles 18
Romans 22
Russians 20
Spanish 21
Sumerians 17+1=18 - We are not sure whether Gilgamesh really existed. There are some interesting leaders for Sumer that we know they existed. For example Ur-Nammu or Puabi.

Japanese (20-3)=17 People don't want another military leader (like Tokugawa) for Japan, but emperors are off-limits. Could use a Prime Minister but that seems boring.
Kongolese 17
Nubians 2
Persians 22
Poles 18
Romans 22
Russians (20+1)=21 Could use a second leader from an earlier era, maybe Ivan IV for the fun

Americans 17
Arabs 21
Aztecs 19
Brazilians 8
Chinese 25
Egyptians 23
English 21 + 1 = 22 (They could use a leader from an earlier time who actually led the English as such).
French 28
Germans 21
Indians 29
Japanese 17
Kongolese 17
Nubians 2
Persians 22
Poles 18
Romans 23 - 3 = 20 (Most of the greatest Roman emperors would have similar military/infrastructure bonuses. We don't need duplicates, and even those emperors like Marcus Aurelius who were different would not exactly represent what we consider Rome to be. Unnecessary.)

Kongolese 18 (17 + 1) Since Kongo has the game's most unconventional leader, it would be really interesting to see how it would function with a more conventional (or differently unconventional) leader.
Nubians 2
Persians 22
Poles 18
Romans 20
Russians 21
Spanish 18 (21 - 3) Spain's civ abilities focus heavily on the colonial period of Spanish history, and it's hard to divorce that history from the militant evangelism that Philip's leader ability represents.

Since Afonso is the only thing holding Kongo back from eviscerating every other side the moment they get their hands on a single Nkisi I'm hesitant to see him get replaced.

If there were some way for me to travel back before Gandhi was born and murder his mother before his conception believe me, I would do it. I would gladly trade a non-violent Indian independence movement if it meant I wouldn't have to suffer the same 2 nuke jokes over and over and over for 20 years in a row. However, since SKYNET won't let me borrow their time machine and I'm legally obligated to remain at least 50 meters away from Christopher Lloyd at all times, this is the best I can do. Give me Chandragupta Maurya, give me Ackbar, give me Ashoka, GIVE ME ANYONE BUT THAT SMUG LITTLE GREMLIN!

Nubians ELIMINATED (2 - 3) I don't think Amanitore is the leader I would have picked to lead Nubia, but this civilization is definitely a low-priority.
Persians 22
Poles 18
Romans 20
Russians 21
Spanish 18
Sumerians 13 (12 +1) Give us Ur-Nammu already.

Americans 14 (17 - 3) While the U.S does have a lot of leaders to choose from, I would much rather have another Chinese Emperor or German Kaiser than an American President.
Arabs 21
Aztecs 19
Brazilians 8
Chinese 26 (25 + 1) China has an incredibly rich history and that should be represented in the form of two leaders.
