Perhaps I should of kept more cities. Of the known Ai they each only had 4 cities. All my 4 cities were size 4-7. My science slider was happy around 20-30% although i had not got as far a ziggurts.
I think i could take my war with Sury and finish him off. A few pults would of helped. They are far from feudalism really. With Sury land blocked off I have room for 10+ cities.
