Is this what you're looking for?I just have one question, is there some way to make notes in game or mark pins/labels in the map with your mod?
Enables pins, of different colours and with notes, to be added to the map
The legacy build is potentially very buggy and broken. I doubt the EUI issues are caused by a launcher. I would test integrity of files again and redo.Just an FYI to anyone who's recently had trouble with EUI not showing up. The Dec 5th update with the new launcher broke EUI for me on vanilla BNW, Windows 10 64 bit.
What icons are shown on the map can be extensively customized :I am getting a Tree icon showing up in all the forest tiles.
Hi, I love this mod and used to use it until for some reason it stopped working 2-ish years ago (action panel doesn't show up) and for the longest time I just made do without it until I stopped playing Civ 5.
Just recently I started picking it back up again and decided to get to the bottom of the issue and figure out what's wrong.
So I tried the game in normal mode (no mods except EUI) and found that it worked perfectly; thus I determined that there was a mod conflict somewhere.
Then I tried turning off all the mods that affect UI (didn't work), and then all the mods that affected gameplay (like upgradeable buildings or new religions) (which also didn't work)
And so I was left with the most drastic option of turning off all my mods and turning them back on in batches until I could zero-in on the mods causing the conflict.
And lo and behold, the least expected mod to cause a conflict: an addon civilization leader mod.
The following is the mod causing the conflict:
Super Civs - Catwoman
I have not tried any of the other civilization leader mods by this author. They may or may not cause conflicts as well, but this is a heads up to anyone else who might have this issue.
Edit: Took another look at the mod page. It turns out I'm not the only one, as the comments also mentioned the issue (comment dated after I subscribed to the mod) and is apparently due to the mod overwriting UnitPanel.lua in order to get the unique effects to work.
His other mods that conflict with EUI are Elektra and Zatanna
And here's my question regarding the mod: I don't suppose there's a way to remove the orange "Add an additional blah blah blah..." tooltip text when selecting what to build in the city screen. It just adds to the confusion since it's all the same on every item.
I'm fine with editing files or scripts, just need to know what and where.

Thank you for your great work, bc1! But can you add a switch for selecting standard Demo / InfoAddict to your mod? It looks like better way then add or delete folder and restart the game.includes a new InfoAddict module to provide detailed history graphs and replay map in-game when accessing "demographics" (works with existing game saves, does not touch future game saves, unlike Robb's InfoAddict mod). This is a departure from EUI's philosophy to remain within the information bounds of what the base UI provides. Unlike the end game graphs and replay map, you can only see information concerning civilizations you have met and map plots you have seen, but that's still loads of extra info compared to the base game. So if you do not want this extra info, simply delete this folder.
yes it's a nuisance, but it's an issue with the base game that I don't know how to fix.is there any fix for the yield icons going missing in certain areas after reloading a save? reloading the save doesnt work, yield icons on/off dont work, going to other side of the map via minimap doesnt work, its pretty annoying
I don't keep old versions, but beta30 = beta29 + a few fixes and instance manager + InfoAddict module, so if you delete the InfoAddict folder, which can use up lots of memory, you've basically got beta29.The new beta version may be causing repeated CTD's for me, but I can't be certain. I haven't been playing C5 all that long, but I played one pretty long game through and had no problems. Most of the way through that game was when I installed the 1.29beta29 version and had no issues with it. I'm now on a new game, and the only thing that's changed is upgrading to the 1.29beta30. I can't say correlation is causation here, obviously, but I would like to roll back to b29 and see what happens. Is there a place I can re-download the previous beta? I can't find a link for it on here anywhere.

If you want more help you need to provide your logs (refer to instructions for details).
