How can I re-enable the ability to open the technology side panel?

Hi, I have found some issues in the beta 19. Please check the screenshot, the labels for cities names etc, some are wrong in the selection screen like TXT_KEY__EUI_*****,

Also I have one suggestion. When I uncheck the resources as a whole, can you make it so that all the resources are unchecked at once? and same when I check resources all resources should be checked, as of now, if I want to uncheck all the resources, I have to manually do it, so if I could just uncheck the "Resources" item (or all the other main items) sub items should also be unchecked automatically and I can check what I want manually. I hope you get what I am trying to say. Thanks!

Thanks! forgot to install the text files! everything working good now.

Wait! but I cant seem to move units when I start a game!? even with the move command!

Edit 2 : That was because I had the infoaddict mod pack installed. Just that mod in that pack. It was working for previous versions before but not with the latest beta :(

Some screenshots, the infoaddict mod works fine but I just cant move my units.

Bug: Bomber and Fighters didn't take damage during air strike attacks. Bug works both in single and multiplayer games. Bug works in EUI v1.29beta16, beta18b and beta19. Bombers takes damage in EUI v1.28g and in original Civ5.

I had deleted the Civilization V and installed it again with all default dlc. EUI is the only 3rd-party mod in civ5.

Here is a save for test.

I have the same issue. And I have more information about it: If you only right-click the target then the Air Strike happens normally and you get return-fire. However, if you first click to the "Air Strike Mode" button (or press the S hotkey) and then click to the target then the target unit or city do not fire back, and your bomber/fighter get no damage, even the animation will be different.

Is this as intended?
When going via mods a existing save can't be loaded.
It goes straight to starting a new game...
 
I think the previous post answers that question. If you want to load a game, just load a game.

I think something bc1 may have missed though is that in the engine, if you don't explicitly load mods before loading a game file, the mods with which the game was started may or may not be applied as they should. Does the EUI address this nondeterminism from the application?
 
Well the only mod I'm using on that save be faster aircraft animations but when I load my game via single player menu then the mod is not loading I guess.
When pressing esc ingame it not says there are mods loaded...
So I guess this is not working or I'm doing something wrong...
 
It's not a big deal but I wonder if there is a possibility or option to disable the permanent move and bombard range indicator (border) of the active unit?
 
So.. Anyone here playing latest beta loaded whit other mods to share some compatibility tests? (Not the old ones from eui download page, something fresh).
 
I had this weird text error, bottom most option, I deleted the cache folder and started up game again.
yes the cache does need to be deleted for new or modified text entries to be taken into account
Then after I deleted the cache folder I started game, it shows the normal "Enable city states leader icons," but when I hover over the check mark, it reads like the Unit List one.
good catch ==> fixed

noticed that the EUI_txt_en_us.xml that was dated July 5, 2018 is now dated Feb 16, 2016.

Was it intended to revert the file to an older version?
