I definatly want to add some more civs. I will take the Ukraine from civ Gold but I need an idea for a second UU, probably one from the Kievan Rus era

kinda a shame you got me working on the WW2 scenario for modern at the minute or i would of liked to do an scenario for this too, i would of used this map

Ehm...i am not working in it, only trying for beta testing... i dont have time to mod nothing, sorry.
In a very fast way i tried Spain and saw this (i am sure that most of the things are becouse of its not finished but i post it anyway):
-The monarch names are correct in most of the civs, but the leaders are the default ones, i.e. Spanish leader name is Felipe III but his image and traits are from Isabella.
-The techs doesnt match the period, i think gunpowder should be known to most of the civs, perhaps not to some north africa minor or cossacks.
-It doenst make sense to put 3 cities in Sicilia and Baleares and only 1 in spanish Flandes. Also there isnt Besançon, the Franche-Compté, a key point in the "spanish road".
-At the time i think the most populated spanish cities should be Seville, the ones in Flandes, Napoles Lisboa and Barcelona, Madrid was the capital for only 30 or 40 years then.
-Culture must be revised in detail, i. e. Milan is eaten by the italian minors.
-The map should be know to all european civs, and most of muslim too. And contact will all others.
-There is a spanish warrior and settler in Arabia, perhaps?
All in all i like the way you are doing it. Its an alpha but can be one of the best scenarios. The period is one of the best that can be drawn in a civ scenario.
Perhaps aob86 could work in this scenario, he has a good historic base and surely there are fewer S.XVII scenarios than WW2 ones.
aob, the problem with a european s.XIII scenario in civ is that HRE is too big, it´s a quite irreal period. 17th century can be a much more fun scenario, with 4 or 5 powers that can be very fun to play.

the WW2 scenario is a VERY big job and will take me and dacubz145 alot of work to do and both me and dacubz145 want to make an world class ww2 scenario.
yes i am aware that HRE is very big, i would of spit it up in some way, maybe by adding the biggest and most famous countries in HRE as seperate civs E.G venice and genoa.

Its a good choice, the merchant republics were more independent than the german minors.

I'm not sure about a second UU for Ukraine, I'm not good at that kind of stuff.
You should name it Kievan Empire if you are focusing on leaders of Kievan Rus' while it was united (so no LHs of the Rep. of Novgorod).
If you want to add LHs like Tymoshenko, you should call it the Ukrainian Empire. Or, you could make two separate civs but I think that is unnecessary.

Problems with stuff like that is the mod is eurocentrism and is literally just europe - i try to keep it that way so a lot of things like Islam, Arabian countries arent in the mod

Pretty much only thing I have done that you commented on is cities so i will keep that in mind

While leaders would you suggest for Kievan because i planned on putting in tymoshenko too - I dont really want to add both, i was thinking you could count Ukraine leaders in teh Kievan one b/c Ukraine as a country called that is fairly new

You always could add Zaporozhian Cossack leaders such as Khelmnytsky and include them as leaders of Ukraine.

nah i did not get it on steam just ask a time era and i tell ya, by the way you should change the swiss guard by pikeman because pikeman were the most common form of swiss mercenaries
