Okay, I have two problems with my computer.

1. I believe I have mentioned this before, but occasionally (2 out of 7 times) I play graphically-intensive games like Call of Duty 4, Team Fortress 2, Simcity 4, or even Simcity Societies, my computer automatically shuts down.
2. Sometimes, when I play Call of Duty 4, it stops working, and there's an error message, that says there's some sort of driver problem. After that, I can't do anything and need to reboot.

System Specs: 2.13 Ghz Duo Core (Rated at 4.8 Ghz performance), 8800 GTS 320mb (Recently installed driver update, still having problems), 2GB of RAM, 2GB of memory, no viruses, 107 or so GB of free space (If that has something to do with it), defragged, nothing else in background processes while playing, and I'm extremely pissed off.

No problems with: Overheating, constantly 60 degrees Celsius, file errors are nonexistent with me, etc.

Should I get a new graphics card or call my warranty? (1 year, bought in August)

Have you tried updating motherboard drivers?

I would suggest setting the system to NOT automatically restart on a crash - that way you can see the error message (open control panel, then system. Under advanced, click "settings" for startup & recovery, and uncheck the "automatically restart" option).

I would also make sure all games are patched.

What brand is the 8800? Try NVIDIA drivers.. or if you're using those, try EVGA's drivers (or whatever brand it is)

Also flash your gpu bios

f there's one thing I'm sure of, the power supply I have is not causing problems.

That could actually be the problem right there. A lot of power supplies suck.

High-end graphics cards require the voltage to not deviate too much, or you'll start seeing crashes..
