Fall Further Plus

I like that way of doing the forests, personally. We already have a special improvement for forests. It's called a lumbermill.

Also, cavalry already can learn blitz. Just about anything can, actually. It requires Drill IV or Tactics II

I see no reason why FOL civs should not be allowed to build lumbermills in ancient forests.
Also, I like what the guy did with COE miracles for sale. Could you take a look at some of them, make them last until the unit uses them maybe?

Actually, FoL civs should not be allowed to build lumbermills, period.

They execute people for cutting down trees. It's referenced in a grigori lore page somewhere, I believe.

Well, I highly doubt the resident treants would appreciate a lumbermill, but something along those lines is what I'm thinking.

CoE miracles have been talked about for quite a while, but this is one place where I'd rather NOT steal. If they aren't in the next FF patch I'll probably end up making a few of my own.

Orbis had Forester's Lodges in forests too, which increased food a bit. I agree, SOMETHING needs to be buildable in Ancient Forests for non Elves, and that something needs to not be a lumbermill, for flavor's sake.

I have a thought

I think, the Mechanos Berserker UU, should be the flamethrower.

A guy with a flamethrower, generally seems more berserk in general. It's a weapon you have to be pretty insane to use, and lends well to powerful attacks, but not defence because of the short range.

Not that I dislike grenadiers. I just don't think that Berserker is the unit they should replace.

Just to ask, could you do something to nerf the damage done to cities on conquest a little?
It just seems crazy that your troops would not even leave a few basic buildings standing.
It is almost as if my army is made up of Fredy Kruger/Jason/Kharn the Betrayer types.

^I like it. I think the amount of buildings left standing should be directly related to your relations with the conquered civ at the time you take the city.

Ex#1) As you take over another civ with whom you have better relations you might say, "We like you, we have gotten along in the past, this is nothing personal, we just want your stuff." And of course you would keep most buildings standing.

Ex#2) As you take over another civ with whom you have terrible relations you say, "We want to destroy the ground you have walked on, burn everything you cherish and desecrate your graves." and of course every last building is destroyed.

I think this makes sense flavor wise and provides an interesting backstabbing incentive. In fact it seems to fit as a CoE feature. Interesting.

Personaly, I think it has nothing to do how much you like the people.
If I actualy took the trouble of capturing and keeping the city that meens that My Empire wants that City for them self.

And if I want something, I am not about to go destroying it nearly completely.

Am I the only for whom the adding/removing promotions part of the world builder doesn't function? There aren't any visible promotions.

You should update (or at least remove) the installation instructions in the first post, since it still tells people to add in Wild Mana.

EDIT:

No, you're not. It's happening to me too now since patch A.

Probably not. I believe there's a hidden gameoption for that in xml/gameinfo/gameoptioninfos.xml. Just have to set a 0 to a 1, so it's easy for all of you to do.

Means I goofed somewhere on a promotion, I'll look at it. For now, I need to sleep. Been out all day, . .. .. .. .ed up my back.... Going to try and sleep it off.

What is this option named? How do I know what to change?

Technically yes, but I'd say no. Lots of art will be goofed if you do, sadly.

Oops, that explains those hostile red blobs attacking me.

One thing I noticed that could be fixed is a flavor error with one of the events. I was playing as the Mechanos and the "City X is dedicating a monument, to which god do you wish dedicate it to?" came up. I could select any of the gods on the list, but the choice of dedicating it to the sculptor is tagged as Grigori only. Is it possible to make it Grigori and Mechanos only?

still with the lanun

sometimes when exploring a shipwreck I was teleported on land: most of the time the following turn I was back on water; but this time I lost my Wind to a tiger
