Inquisition departament:Makes three citizens unhappy, but increase tech and decrease propaganda effect
Wonders:
Steel factory: advance the prodaction and wealth in city and produce man in advanced metal armor every n turns
Reaver tech center(Raiders): Gives two technologies, that know other civilizations.
Pre-War Archives:Momentaly research two technology.
Habologist move(NCR): Produces man in hardened power armor every n turns, incrrease tech, creates Habologist monastery in every city, but in each city makes three citizens unhappy
Habologist space project: Builds UFO every n turns(if somebody dont like it -OK, no problem

Nuka-Cola factory: Creates Nuka-Cola dude every n turns(model from FT random encouter).Makes three citizens happy
Poseidon oil reactor(Ghouls): Makes five citizens happy, build a nuke plant in every city.
Buena Vista reactor(Robots): Build Sentry bot every n turns, Build energy coil in every city
Vault-City Medicine:Creates Auto-Doc in every city and inrease happines
BOS Inquisition:Bulds Inquisition department in every city and builds inquisitioner every n turns
General ideas:
I see here model Corvega, that maked from ruined car in FO2. Can developers make units from ruine technic like helicopter in FT.And can you do terrain named low radiationed and hi radiationed where all units expect some die?
