Fallout mod.

I'm not so happy with the city interface as the others. :-/
The different parts don't fit with each others so well.
Having Improvements, Luxuries, etc, directly in the GFX is a good idea but it doesn't fit with the already present police.
Also, the background is a little to dark to work well with the black police. A little to uniform for my taste too.

That being said.. It's an incredible job and I'm sure it will be awesome once polished.
 
I'm not sure what you mean by "police", but if you mean the text saying "improvements" etc that will be removed where the blue letter tapes are. I did that as well with my Star Trek interface and it works well... ;)

It is just that I cannot do that myself since Thor has the latest text files and it would be useless to change a file that is not the latest version.

Edit: for some reason it does seem a bit darker on the computer where I'm now compared to the one at home. Perhaps I'll brighten it up a bit.
 
I have recieved the city screen files from Flamand and did the required labels .txt editing. So here is, as of now, the final City Screen look. :D

Just as already said the terminator (?) citizens look quite strange
(shal this be the robot army, well voult 0 sounds like that but an bobs iguana bits for the drones? hmm strange)

Samez, yeah that is the bot civ. Even though I have to use units from Fallout Tactics I am trying to base them more on of the Bots in the RPG Wasteland that Fallout was based on rather than on Tactics. :D

About Bob's, consider that a placeholder for a bot building that has a similar affect for them. If possible we intend to have all the buildings unique to that civ. So Bot buildings will be different from Brotherhood buildings as an example.:)

@Odintheking, when we begin to start adding the new items, we can talk about new icons and stuff.:)

I have some questions about mod. First, what wold you do with supermutants from Fallout 1 and 2. In screens I saw supermutants only from Fallout Tactics. Second, in Unity was not only supermutants. There was a Children of Cathedral too. Third, will you do units, that wasnt in Fallout world. Fourth in tech tree i saw EMP-tech. how you do, that EMP weapons will do more damage to bots? Another question: why you forgot impulse and gauss weapons (in techtree I dont saw this)? Would you add more turrets, and what they will be. And how you use land mines. About units I have idea to add a cannon, that we usedd to open the Sierra Army Depot. Another units that you can made is assasin and hi-tech assasin (last MUST have steals-boy animation). For NCR I recomend to create a Bozar-gunner.For Unity add Fanatic(kamikadze) and
FEV-Spreader.And for Brotherhood and ,maybe, ghouls an unit named
Nuke-APC. But, mod anyway looks good:goodjob:. I think, i something forgot, but i must go.

But if some interest I have new ideas. You (developers) can create city improvements named:Box ring, porn studio -additional money and happines,
Generator(From FT) - Speeds the production on 50%
Calculator brain (for bots) - increase technology researsh
Also wonders:
1)Algernon upgrade - units upgrade half of cost (like Da Vinci lab)
2)Sierra Army Depot - Produces guys with heavy weapons, robots (from FO, not FT), and canons (This is for New Reno)
3)Spy satelite (For Enclave) - open whole map
4)Mutants reproduction lab - creates a new gamma supermutant(from FT) every ... turns(for Unity)
5)Temple of trials (for tribes) - creates Chosen One every ... turns
6)Smitty car trader - creates a highwayman every ... turns
7)Emperor - createtes tech building (that upgreades techology) in every town (For NCR)
Also new ideas: I think, Reavers must be in Raiders civ. Also you may add Centaur and Floater to Unity (thay was in Cathedral in F1)

But now new ideas:
Tech: Outdorsmanning - in map appears resourses like :Fallen UFO, bridge of death and other in this style. They gives ability to create unit like Man with Alien Blaster.
Pre-War metal works: Gives ability to create super walls and advanced metal armor(With this tech was created front door in Military base in F1)
Tanery-gives advanced armors, that base on skin
AP bullets-can upgrade all units expect with gauss and energy weapons
Resourses:Uranium(if it in mod - say)- Need to build buildings and armor breakable bullets.
Buildings:Uranium enrich facility- increses shields and money
Nuke plant(need previos building)- greatly increases prodaction(for high tech civs)
Super wall - increase defense to 15
Casino-Increases happines and wealth
Adv.Casino(for New Reno)-Like usual, but much more effective
Vault Plants(yes,for Vault City)-In middle between Generator and Nuke plant
Alcohol steel and Alcohol factory-Like Casino but least effective, but more early
Sheriff office-loves the corruption
Water purification plant-like an Akveduk
Water chip computer(for Vault dwellers)-upgraded version of WPP
Wonders:Glow tech center(for Ghouls)-Like Emperor(Tech building name-Zax terminal), but produces Brainbot and Eye-bot.
V13 Deathclaw nest(Vault dwellers)-Produces N deathclaw babies,X Adult deatclaw,Y Desclaw sage(look down for more info)(N>X>Y)
Slags Friendship(for NCR)- produces a man with assault rifle, increases wealth, production, technology and food.
