I have some fond memories from when I rigorously playtested them when the (then new) batch of civs
(Kongo, Poland, Moors and I'm pretty sure I'm forgetting one more) were released.

Once I'm satisfied with the stability of the mod,
they're a priority for me to help become playable again, as they need a redesign.

This is precisely why I would have let both go through; you could potentially be looking at an endless extension here waiting for a single random person to drop by and vote for one of them, and it'll only get more confusing along the line. Having both continue, on the other hand, puts them against a third civ, which could defeat them both or take more votes from one than the other.

Currently, Moors and Mongolia have the same number of votes. So, I won't close the voting, I'll just start a new match and only those who haven't voted in this match will get the possibility to vote for Moors/Mongolia (but everybody can vote for the next match civs). Is it clear?
