We're hijacking the Feud III Chatango

Introduction
With the sudden death of Feud III, I've decided to revive Feud! Although I have no idea if Ilduce approves with the hijacking of the Feud name, he's not here. So why not. And with me hosting, what could possibly go wrong?
It's Feud, but it's not Feud!
Yes, this Feud game, we will be introducing the usage of "Roll to Dodge" style actions. If any of you are unfamiliar with the game of "Roll to Dodge", it's when you post absolutely any action you want to do, and a random number generator generates the outcome! Normally, larger numbers result in better results, but here's the chart:
The Roll to Dodge Result Chart said:1 : Unbelievably total failure. Action WILL backfire.
2-4 : Failure, with penalty
5-7 : Marginal failure with possible penalty
8-10 : Failure, no penalty
11-13 : Straightforward success
14-16 : Success, with possible bonus
17-19 : Success, with circumstantial bonus
20 : MAXIMUM POWER. Guaranteed success, with added bonus.
So What are we Doing?
Easy. For those of you who never played Feud before, I'll explain from the ground up. It's suggested you read this, as I also mention the many variations I have. Replacing the regular "houses", you now control an ageless character who shall live for your entirety of the game, unless somebody kills you, of course (one of the many things that I saw difficult to mange of the old Feud was age. So in this, you don't age! Yay!). The object of Feud IV is to make your character reach 10,000 prestige before everyone else or kill all the other players. The first person to reach 10,000 prestige points or eliminate everyone else is the winner.
That is where Roll to Dodge comes in. Throughout the history of the Russian Empire, you will post actions varying from "Bonk Player on the Head", "Invent Communism", or "Become the Leader". This is supposed to be slightly realistic, so your actions are meant to fit to the current era we are in, or match the technologies we have founded (E.g. There are no AK-47's in the Ancient Era). After that, anything goes. Of course, roleplaying is heavily encouraged. Just be sure that you bold your actual order so I know what you want to do. Normally, good roleplaying may grant you extra prestige points.
Other Factors
Eventually, money will be introduced to the game, as well as other factors that may not be available when we first begin. I'm aiming for a shop and stuff eventually, though, when the time fits. One major component, however, will be the ownership of cities. Despite how good your action may be, some characters might be invited to rule a city or group of cities depending on their prestige, or certain cities only allow a character of a certain prestige.
But that's all the extra factors I'll be mentioning at the moment. New factors will jump in at the game when the time is right, so be sure to stay on your feet. The update will always tell you clearly what new things are in the game.
Oh yes, there's your stats. There will be Strength, Intelligence, Stamina, and Sociability. Each will start at 5 points. At the moment, they don't affect much besides your roleplay. But they will be handy soon, I assure you.
Day and Night
When it's day, you will post an action. I will then update your actions, and it will become night. During night, you can post another action, but my update will be containing the gameplay. Night updates will only occur on Friday, mind you.
Death
You die, your out of the game. However, to ensure that somebody can't just simply have their action: "I stab Player in the face repeatedly, until he dies", the attacked player may sometimes end up in the hospital. Of course, you can just go to the hospital to finish the job, but the NPC doctors might dislike it, and retaliate. You won't be the most prestigious person in the world, either

Joining
You can join at anytime, but your prestige will always start at 0. You might want to join early

When joining, state your characters name, ethnicity, history (optional), and 2 traits. Your traits will influence more than just your roleplaying. Here is the list of what each trait does:
Aggressive: Gain 50% more strength
Philosophical: Every great person born in empire will assist you in some way
Spiritual: Can command followers of a holy religion in our empire (if your prestige allows you)
Expansive: Less negative random events will occur to you
Industrious: Gain 50% more stamina
Creative: Gain 50% more sociability
Financial: Gain 50% more intelligence
Organised: Random events that make you lose money will never happen to you
Charismatic: Easier to be allowed to lead your empire (or cities)
Protective: Your items can never be stolen
