Btw, maybe you should add the bonuses/penalties from the civ's palace?

For example, the Bannor get -10% War Weariness in all cities, and Malakim get +10% War Weariness in all cities.

Maybe you should mention that i.e. Bannor can't build druids and eidolons (of course it's an alignment issue...).

Not sure if it would confuse newbies... but something to consider.

Nice write-up and a good way to help those that feel there should be some stereotyp-identification (which I don't, but good for them without disturbing the rest ;) ).
 
The Bannor can build druids and eidolons, they would just need to convert of OO or AV first.

I might suggest including unique civ-specific heroes. Loki can make the clown play very different, for example.

may I second the request for the civ specific heroes and what tech they require. I tend to play random civs and have only recently been able to take advantage of the heroes.

Chalin Astrakien does not have all arcane fire magic-he can summon all fire and law summons.
