Both are features.
well... both seems to be really bad features...
why would an HN knight not be able to use roads in between civs ? he knows how to do it in your lands... in ennemy lands there is harassement from the population so you don't use roads.. but in the wilderness ... your units can use roads, barbarian can use them but not HN units ... strange and stranger...
why can't worker be boosted by hast ? (to prevent amurite "exploit"? ... not so interesting.)

And a "bug" : royal guards are obsoleted by knights ... I was building a royal guard (RG) (as I'm in aristocracy) and the turn I researched Warhorses my city says "XXX build a Knight" .. And RG are no more proposed in cities... (0.40z) ... until I had my 4 knights..

Not really a bug but annoying anyway. I think that is something left over from vanilla civ. The Royal Guards can upgrade to knights so the game will not let you build them until you have built or upgraded all 4 of your knights.
 
Perhaps somebody has already pointed this out, but the "Unrestricted Leaders" game option doesn't seem to work for me (I pick Varn Gosam as leader with the appropriate box checked, yet I can only choose Malakim as civilization). Bug or simply me doing it wrong? :crazyeye:

Yea Kael changed the order of some option and it appears that Firaxis has Hard coded some so that if you pick one you actually get both. One you wanted and one you didnt... (or a really screwed up version of one of them - end of winter is really messed up)

This is easily fixable. Royal Guards just need <bNeverObsolete>
 
I downloaded the mod just the other day (played version 1 a long time ago) so I have the newest version. This game (the first that I made it this far without dying) crashes on both computers I tried it on at this turn (one running visa, the other running an older version of windows). In between turns I get a 'death message' from a leader being conquered, and then it crashes to desktop.

I have the 'unofficial patch' installed, could that be causing the problem?

I will start off by saying I am glad that more and more units are becoming "not obsolete" ... it really makes mixed army strategy more possible.

(like the warrior/axe army I had to take out the Doviello ...)mainly it was a survival strat at the time.
 
Brigit was killed in my last game. The cause was the Elohim casting sanctuary when the Ring of Carcer was in their borders.
 
What's with Hyborem nearly always spawning on some hole between the borders of two empires with place for only one city, even when there's much land still empty? Is that intentional?
 
0.41 Patch 'a':
- when I killed Basium one or two turns later I got the final-words message again
- I wassailed Shelba and she was researching Way of the Wicked, after she was done with the research she did not chose her next research, had to tell her what she should do, I think there was a bug with this some versions ago

- We play on a local network. Approximately after the sixtieth (60 turns) course synchronisation starts to occur races (sync off). A feather connection does not help. It is necessary to bowl off and load the kept game. And so all time through each three four courses. The reasons did not manage to be traced, though have spent more than five games. In version 0.41 all is good ;
- Please, clean check established game Fall from Heaven 2 at installation of patches. It is very inconvenient, when game it is established, but record in the register is not present.

Beats spawning on ice like he always used to. And usually, those are the only 2 options.

Not really. I've seen him spawn in an uncomfortable position between two empires, when there was a large number of north forest/hills unsettled on the ErebusContinent maps, because they had too low food. But Hybo doesn't need food, and these north forests are quite shield rich. I can post some screenshots, if you want so.

As I was playing as Elohims, after capturing Illians cities, I could build the white hand project and i got the priests of winter.. I wonder if it realy should be possible.

Yea its one of the side effects of their tolerant trait. It should be limited to basic units and buildings IMNSHO.
 
In the Black Tower scenario, a Dwarvern Mage with Esus religion did not receive the water walking promotion after casting. Its possible he was in a stack with another mage who cast the same spell and did correctly receive, and that Cultists were on the same tile.

Stygians cannot receive Enchanted Blade on their own, but if there is another melee unit in the same stack who can, then when the spell is cast they acquire the promotion anyway.
