So by "normal", you just mean "overwhelming majority"? Wouldn't that imply that, for example, the only "normal" substance in the universe was hydrogen?
If you live in Poland, yes. Otherwise, you're an ethnic minority. That doesn't make you "weird" as a person but in the specific regard to your ethnicity you would be a minority, and therefore unique.
No one factor makes a person "weird" or "normal". A person is not just "normal" or "weird" simply because they are gay or straight. But it is far more common to be straight than gay, so being straight would be more "normal" than gay.
Why does being more common make something more "normal"? Wouldn't that imply that voting for Barack Obama was more "normal" than voting for John McCain? It seems to misunderstand the concept of social "normality" at a very fundamental level.
Yeah: fanatic catholics, for example, are abnormal, but because there are so few of them these days they don't have the influence to do any bad things. Like banning currently allowed "hardcore" (whatever that may be...) porn for example.
