Final Fantasy Mod Progress Thread, Part III

Here's a current working version of Razfahd.... I don't know, I kind of like him better without the helmet, but if you guys don't like him, I'll see what I can scrounge up:
 
No, trust me.... All the helmets I have suck bad... The closest I have are a greek type helm and UtahJazz7's Asian Sword dude helm, which was not meant for anything this detailed......
 
Well, here's an actual in-game pic of Razfahd.... Unfortunately, I can't find any helmets anywhere that look like THAT!

OK, I'll see about rounding up the eligible Aht Urhgan BG pic candidates and posting previews with different backgrounds.

I think he looks good, though I bet you could accomplish that helmet by using a Roman or Greek helmet and making the majority of the full crest invisible/transparent...if you wanted to of course.
 
Well, unfortunately, the only roman/greek helmets I have look more like Darth Vader than what RazFahd is wearing in that pic.....
 
If you'd like, I've textured these 2 helmets (1 Roman and 1 Ottoman) in Poser's setup room. They might be useful...they're not Vader-esque at all, at the very least.

Here's the helmet with all of the parts as different textures. (That's what I meant by 'texturing' it...it was originally a 3ds model with only one texture...)

Actually Alex, It looks like I could use the default Smith's Trading Co. graphics from the standard game.... They look an awfully lot like like it. (and I've already replaced Smith's with Rin's Travel Agency)
 
Oh sounds good. That Razfamagiger leaderhead is also amazing by the way, can't wait to see the finished product ^^b
 
Additionally, I also updated the Yevon Temple and Maester Tower to be culture-group specific, and I've posted screenshots of all the merc armies, as well as the lineup of the new Evil civ buildings.

Any chance you'd release the buildings separately? - there are a few I could really use, and your work, as always, is excellent.

Actually, Oz, all of those buildings (except the mid easter Yevon Temple and the mesoamerican Maester tower) have already been released in some form or other... You'll have to dig through the "Building and Wonder Graphics" sticky thread in the graphics modpacks subforum...

If you could list the ones you need, I could point you to where to download them or release them separately.... If you're after the Fire Shrine and such, I was planning on releaseing them soon enough.

Oh, I've also started on a unit (yeah, I know, I should finish Razfahd first and spend more time looking for graphics for the various summon small wonders)... I'm making Ultima (the World of Ivalice civs' summoned creature), based on her Final Fantasy Tactics appearance... Essentially, she'll be in the form of Alma during the default, run and fidget animations, and transform into Ultima during the fortify, and be in Ulitma form for attacks and the death animation... I'll post preview pics when I get the textures for her outfit worked out. (and download Kinboat's Angel Wings... I seem to have forgotten to earlier)
